GALERI PETRONAS in collaboration with Foster + Partners, one of the world’s most innovative architectural practices, debuts an exhibition entitled GALERI PETRONAS DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE presents The Art of Architecture by Foster + PartnersThis signature exhibition follows critically acclaimed recent shows in Hong Kong and Shanghai. GALERI PETRONAS is the first and only art institution to host this exhibition in South East Asia.Arranged around the themes of infrastructure, high-rise, urban design, history and culture - all within the context of a sustainable agenda - the exhibition will carry 49 monumental structures and architecture landmarks including Malaysia’s very own award-winning Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and Kuala Lumpur city’s tallest residential scheme, Troika. This prestigious exhibition which represents PETRONAS’ continuous effort in supporting, creating and promoting accessible platforms of expressions for the Malaysian art and design fraternity, will run from 7 March – 12 May 2013.
