MY story: Transforming the Nation offers a perspective of history from the viewpoint of the nation's Administrative and Diplomatic Officers. It also showcases the works of some of Malaysia's leading artists, against a background of photographs, documents and artefacts from some of the most iconic moments of the nation's history.Covering a span of about 80 years, this exhibition takes the viewer on a journey though the various phases of Malaysia's development from the Second World War to the present. It looks to history and art to explore issues like identity, belonging, socio-economic development and our values, in an increasing competitive, globalised and consumer-driven world.This exhibition is organised on the initiative of the Alumni Association of the Administrative and Diplomatic Officers in conjunction with their 25th Anniversary and is funded by the Government of Malaysia. MY story: Transformasi Negara menawarkan perspektif sejarah dari satu sudut pandangan Pegawai Tadbir dan Diplomatik. Ia turut mempamerkan hasil kerja sebilangan artis ternama tanah air, dengan berlatarkan fotograf, dokumen dan artifak dari sebahagian daripada saat-saat yang paling ikonik dalam sejarah negara ini.Meliputi jangka waktu selama hampir lapan puluh tahun, pameran ini membawa pengunjung menyusuri perjalanan melalui pelbagai fasa pembangunan Malaysia, bermula dengan Perang Dunia Kedua, sehingga ke hari ini. MY story: Tranformasi Negara merujuk kepada sejarah dan seni untuk memberi panduan terhadap isu-isu identiti, kekitaan, pembangunan sosio-ekonomi dan nilai-nilai kita sebagai rakyat Malaysia di dunia yang semakin berdaya saing, global dan dipacu pengguna.Pameran ini dianjurkan atas inisiatif Persatuan Alumni Pengawai Tadbir dan Diplomatik bersempena Ulang Tahun Ke-25 mereka dan dibiayai oleh Kerajaan Malaysia.
